These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jate7. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction and Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jate7 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the jate7 website, its services, games, promotions, payment features, and any other functionality made available through the platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with jate7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on jate7, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jate7 platform and close your account. jate7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

1. Eligibility to Use jate7

Access to and use of jate7 is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. jate7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify compliance with these requirements at any time.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. jate7 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership) and must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jate7 or any third-party responsible gaming programme to which jate7 subscribes.
  • You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumventing applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. jate7 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Accounts

2. Account Registration and Management

Each individual may register only one jate7 account. The platform uses mobile number-based registration. Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier and is used for authentication, OTP verification, and communications from jate7.

  • Each player may hold only one active account. If duplicate accounts are detected, jate7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its discretion, forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. jate7 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone.
  • jate7 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account restriction or closure.
  • Account balances are held in BDT. jate7 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 180 days) may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month, which will be deducted from any remaining balance.
  • To close your jate7 account voluntarily, contact support at [email protected]. Any positive balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.

jate7 accounts are strictly personal. The account holder named at registration is the sole authorised user. Account sharing, transfer, or sale to any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Payments

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jate7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jate7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at jate7's discretion and will be listed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of availability.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. jate7 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
  • Deposits are credited to your jate7 wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed confirmation, contact jate7 support with your transaction reference number.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different method will only be considered following full KYC verification and at jate7's sole discretion.
  • jate7 targets withdrawal processing within 1 to 3 hours of a verified request. Processing times may be longer during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required. jate7 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or mobile financial service infrastructure.
  • jate7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. In such cases jate7 will notify the account holder and outline the steps required to release the withdrawal.
  • All funds deposited into a jate7 account must be used for wagering purposes. jate7 is not a banking or financial services provider. The platform does not offer credit, loans, or interest-bearing facilities of any kind.

Bonuses

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jate7 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion. In all cases of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

  • Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
  • All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
  • Bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Players who wish to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will receive only the withdrawable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings).
  • jate7 reserves the right to remove a bonus and any associated winnings from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to place bets, or exploiting errors in the platform's promotional systems.
  • Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met. jate7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already validly claimed.

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the bonus period will be automatically forfeited. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.

Fair Use

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

jate7 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes, sharing account access, or participating in any scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or payment systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected bug must be reported to jate7 support immediately and will not be honoured.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the jate7 platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jate7 staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including support chat, email, or any public forum associated with jate7.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or engaging in any activity designed to obtain another player's account credentials, personal information, or payment details.

Responsible Gaming

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

jate7 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in account settings at any time and their use is strongly encouraged.

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may only be reduced immediately; increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This feature is available in account settings and can be adjusted at any time, subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
  • Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
  • Reality checks: jate7 may send periodic notifications during active sessions to remind players of the duration of their current session and their net wagering position. Players are encouraged to review these notifications and take breaks as needed.

Intellectual Property

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jate7 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the proprietary property of jate7 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of jate7.

Third-party game content made available on jate7 (including games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. jate7 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content. Players access third-party game content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Liability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jate7's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows. Nothing in these Terms limits jate7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • jate7 is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity resulting from technical failures, network outages, server downtime, or other circumstances beyond jate7's reasonable control, provided that jate7 takes reasonable steps to restore service as promptly as practicable.
  • jate7 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) or third-party game providers, beyond taking reasonable steps to select reputable and certified providers and to notify players of any known service disruptions.
  • jate7 does not guarantee the outcome of any game, bet, or wager. All game and betting results are determined by certified RNG systems or live game outcomes and are final. jate7 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
  • In any event, jate7's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

9. Amendments to These Terms

jate7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. jate7 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, but is not obligated to do so in all cases.

Your continued use of jate7 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
